The shortcut to reset the zoom in Firebug is ⌘ + 0 according to the Firebug shortcuts list <https://getfirebug.com/wiki/index.php/Keyboard_and_Mouse_Shortcuts#Global>. You can also reset it via Firebug button > *Text Size* > *Normal Text Size*.
