Disregarding that the difference is actually just one click more 
(right-click within the *Style* side panel, then click on *Edit Element 
Style...*), the Firefox DevTools implement it the same way as the Chrome 
DevTools by showing an element "rule" by default:

Note that Firebug is discontinued and instead Firefox 48 now has a Firebug 
theme
