Humm. Well, as I told you on the firewall-wizard's list, FW-1 creates a
Telnet session with the router and generates access lists based on the
policy you specify.
Think of manually creating a Telnet session with the router, entering
enable mode, and manually creating your access lists and groups.
Essentially, this is what FW-1 does when you compile the rules. Its
actually pretty simple.
