The need to restart RMC to see new protocols in the Filters dialog is a
defect. In practice RMC dynamically updates all drop downs and list boxes as
items are added, without the need to do a save/reconfigure or a
connect/disconnect. If there are other instances like this please post them to
the Raptor Firewall Mailing list or contact Axent support.
