Hi All, I am new to this list,but I hope that I am asking the right question to the right people.I am working a issue with using Palm Pilots to communicate with Help Desk personnel as they are away from their desks.We are thinking we could save them time and be efficient in their helping users and accessing trouble tickets from the Palm Pilots while they are working a large campus setting.
