I haven't tested this,  but the PIX firewall supports Microsoft Net Meeting (version 
4.x
anyways) - so you will not need to open up holes in your firewall.  I believe that you
must be using NAT (network address translation) for this to work - i.e. PAT (port
address translation) won't allow this.  Check the release notes for your software
version - there should be a section on supported multimedia apps.
