Only if you are buying the old-style, government/DOD trusted systems.
You can order one from Argus today for delivery tomorrow. You can
install it in about an hour or two, with almost all of the time being
spent at the end waiting for it to examine thousands of files for the
proper configuration (no interaction is needed). Commercial trusted
OSes are different from the old government ones...
