The design program is geared towards home users to help them get set up more securely without needing to have a lot of prerequisite background knowledge. (I've only partially succeeded at this aspect.) (My Mediaone connection is intermittnetly flakey these days, but the site is always up as long as Mediaone's connection is up.)
