What is rather interesting on this mail is not the content (which
translates into something along the lines of "Please, can you teach me
how to hack yahoo, icq ....") but the fact that it seems to originate
from a dial-up line in Malaysia.

Combining this with the fact that the sender is probably not too old,
I'd guess that he's an exchange-student, maybe from Austria or some
other German-speaking country (judging from some strange wording).

BTW: can't you get the yahoo-password by just sending him a mail with a
link and say "Click here to see how to crack a hotmail/yahoo password",
making the link to a site of your own and just watch the referrer appear
in the log-file.?

I wonder how many "click here" mails he gets....

cheers,
Rainer
