Does anyone know if a Cisco 4500 running 11.0 or higher ( or any other router/linux) can prioritize ip packets based on tcp port number? I heard BorderGuard does?? I have a 4500 on the other side of my FW and want to lower the priority of certain traffic before it gets to the FW.
