use cisconf :  with this script you can confogure the router off-line in vi
or emacs editor and send it to the router.
for example with cisconf -e [router-name] you can edit your conforguration
files and access-list. After you ready you can send it with
" cisconf -s [router-name] -w  to the router  ( -w is for write memory ) .
It works via tftp  and works very nice.
