Someone began a connection and dropped it during the three-way handshake.

Because of the dropped connection, the libraries were unable to determine
who the connecting host was, so you get empty hostname/IP address strings.
There are two common reasons for this happening - the network path from
the requester to you went down during the handshake, or you're being port
scanned. If this happens on more than one port, it's probably a scan.
If it's a one-time event, ignore it.
