The following URL describes the ports you need to open to be
able to "fully" use NetMeeting:
http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/ARTICLES/Q158/6/23.asp
What makes NetMeeting a nightmare to monitor and control is the
requirement that you allow UDP connections with a port range of
1024-65535 (can you say "all of the unreserved ports"?). It IS
possible to run NetMeeting with only some of the required ports
open, but your users will complain about unusable features. It's
much better to find a viable alternate to the program (that has
much more managable security requirements) and let them get
used to that program.
