MRTG Integration with NT

I am trying to determine the feasibility of running MRTG on a freebsd box
(2.2.7) and porting the data in real time to IIS and/or excel running on an
NT box.  Has anyone used this utility that might be able to offer some
insight for configuration and daily use issues.  Any help would be greatly
appreciated.  Thank you.
