It is not a forum for unsupported and irrelevant bashing, either, even if
you have an axe to grind.
Stating that somewhere, sometime a product was not highly rated is
unsupported.
It is irrelevant because Network-1's product is not a firewall, but a
cyberwall, a new category of product, defined by Aberdeen (www.aberdeen.com)
that includes an integrated Stateful Packet Inspection Engine, Intrusion
Detection and Prevention & Policy Agents and can reside anywhere in the
organizational network (including on servers and clients) to provide a
distributed security architecture that secures behind the firewall.
When categorized as a perimeter firewall (and since cyberwalls are a new
category, they do at times get lumped in the firewall category)it will be
compared against features that it is not designed to provide, such as proxy
services.
I do not believe that the intention of the originators of this thread, was
that if a question came up requesting a solution - that happens to be
exactly what a vendor's product does, that a vendors represntative could not
respond - "this is what you need, and we happen to be a supplier" - you
would be robbing the community from information, that may be hard to find
elsewhere.

I don't believe it is proper to use this
firewall forum as a way to push your company's
product. (BTW, I saw a recent analysis of
firewalls and the N-1 product came in 16th out
of 20)!
