Why don't you just try using lynx or Netscape's 'Save Location As' option
for the URL's
http://www.microsoft.com/NTServer/global/Netscape.css
and
http://www.microsoft.com/ntserver/inc/jscripts.js
Try disabling style sheets in Netscape first, if that doesn't help look at
the javascript source and try to determine what is making it freeze.
