Port 6970 - 6972

I have started to see a large amount of traffic (several thousand hits) hitting
my firewall on these ports.  The majority of it seems to originate from the same
class C subnet, two to three addresses within that subnet.  I know that these
ports were used with a previous version of RealAudio, but I was wondering, given
the amount of traffic, could this be anything else.
