We looked at Webtrends but found it too MS-centric for our
cross-platform environment, especially with the emphasis on IE and MS
Word. It also suffers from garbage-in, garbage-out as it determines
the physical location of some IP addresses by checking the whois
registration. The price ($400) is also relatively high.
We currently run Wusage, http://www.boutell.com/wusage/. It has all
the fancy graphs, runs on several platforms, and is reasonably priced.
