There are a _ton_ of resources in the CA area. If it was me, I would
probably start with someone like Pete Shipley (see
http://www.dis.org/shipley/ ).
The problem with going the "organization" route is you never know what
you are going to get. Many show up with a big gun to close a sale, and
then do a bait & switch to someone less experienced. By the time you
figure it out its too late. When you deal with a specific consultant,
you do not have this problem.
Just my $.02 as someone who freelances as well. ;)
