Hi,

I'm building a firewall and I want to put an SMTP proxy on my bastion host.

I configure :
- SMTP clients (both internal and external) to send all their mails to the
bastion host.
- sendmail on the bastion to re-send mails to the internet if the receiver
is on the net and, to my internal mailhost if the receiver is an internal
user.
the bastion does not store mails locally, it acts like a proxy.

I use "kit-jussieu" in order to deny relaying and spams.

Relaying from outside to outside is denied :-)
but I succeed in sending mail from an internal user to another internal user
: DANGEROUS ISN'T IT ??? :-(

I decided to use qmail but I don't know if it denies this kind of relaying.

and is my firewall architecture is correct ?

Thanks

Best Regards
