Elron Software (http://www.elronsoftware.com) recently introduced an NT
server based product called Message Inspector, which I believe has the
ability to do what you're looking to accomplish. (e.g. transparent,
blacklist, anti-spam, scanning for attachments, mail redirection, etc)
