Hi all.

I've been tasked with creating a Security Response Policy. Something that says
"if A happens, do B" intended to cover a variety of situations for all technical
and non-technical staff. Our "security expert consultant" was supposed to
provide me pointers, but hasn't. Do any of you have any suggestions? I'm
looking for things like what to include, both computer and network and
non-technical As; samples of how other organizations do these; and
recommendations on length or brevity of the policy, and maybe even a good
Executive Summary and Introduction.

Thanks for any pointers.
