>Which OS you know is resistant against key stroke recorders and have a GUI?

None. The point is that you need an OS with multiple priv levels (user vs.
system) like Unix, VMS or the old mainframe systems (VM, Multics, etc).
Something that doesn't allow a general user to install system-level programs.
Yeah, we can talk about getting root or system compromises but that is not a
design problem. To compromise one of the multiuser systems, you need a) access
to the system b) the ability to get root/system privs. To compromise a PC/MAC, I
just need access to the system.

NT is close to the older design (no surprise since it's based on VMS) but not
quite there yet. Win95 and MacOS have no protection at all. Yeah, there are tty
watcher programs for Unix (ttywatcher, etc.) but those require root privs to
run. A general user can't run them with success.
