Hello everyone:
I have been wondering about which way is the best one to
allow access to people from the outside to my web server.
You'll see , I am providing web hosting for several companies and as you
can imagine, they are demanding full ftp access to the server , but up to
know i have not allowed it, so i would like to get some advise regarding
this subject.
My questions are :
1.-there is a telnet client which includes ssh , and one of the features
that I like is that it includes a version of Zmodem which allows
you to send or receive data through the telnet connection , addeed to the
fact that you are under a secure shell, the name of this client is
tterm pro . Is this secure ?
2.- about ftp I am not sure about which client is the best one so I would
appreciate any advise .
So it all comes down to which way is the most secure one. I am only
allowing one type of access and I would like to do it the safest possible
way. Any advise reagrding this matter will be greatly appreciated.
