Thanks to all for the suggestions ...

I'll look at both MRTG and the Elron product. Elron's quicker to install, so
I'll start with that.  It looks like MRTG might be more flexible, though,
since it can check up on many different routers, while Elron is only going
to measure traffic on one segment ... I guess different tools for different
jobs. We'll see how they work ...
