real glad the list moderator has decided to drain the
list of this legalise stuff. IMHO this is best left for
lawyers of internet law as opposed to sysadmins. there is
i am sure enough lawyers all over the globe that could
be interested in such a thread. seems that there are lots
of desktop lawyers around but again IMHO they the lawyers
know the subtle facts of law that we do not.. after all
ever tried to explain to a lawyer what exactly we do?
they are as lost on what we do as we are lost on what
they do:-))
