InfoExpress produces a VPN product call VTCP/Secure that uses TCP
as it's transport.  It crosses NAT, SPF, and Proxies rather well.
You can run the gateway on a variety of platforms, including
NT, Linux (which is the one I use) and a variety of unices.

The client runs on NT, 95/98, Mac, Linux, and Solaris Sparc.

This product is also remarketed by Axent as PowerVPN.
