Chris, we do a lot of work for a company with offices in over 62 countries
and have learned a few things that may help you.

For a solid ISP with world wide presence, check out www.ibm.net. Be sure
to download and install their dialer software. It includes POP numbers all
over the world and is easy for end users to understand.

Regarding the Notes viruses. Take a look at www.antivirus.com (Trend Micro)
and their Anti-Virus software for Notes.

We also do a lot of Exchange Server installs supporting remote users and I
would not say that Exchange Server and Outlook configurations for remote
users is the easiest to support and maintain.

HTTPS gets my vote!

Roy.
