The Linux port is arther old, and only supports 2.0.x kernels unless I've
missed something very recently (I tried to get a 2.2 port going and
failed rather miserably and Darren looked at it a little after that and
didn't get a great deal further AFAIR.) 

It's worth noting that IPFilter also runs on FreeBSD, NetBSD, HP/UX,
Solaris...
