Cheap & Easy: SonicWall "firewall appliance". see www.sonicwall.com

Cheapest but not so easy:
   Linux box with 2 ethernet cards setup as a firewall. You can
even run it on a powermac. See www.linuxppc.com or www.yellowdog.com.
