I had something similar with 7.3.4
I had to add/change the following lines in /etc/system
set semsys:seminfo_semmni=70
set semsys:seminfo_semmns=200
set shmsys:shminfo_shmmax=67108864
set shmsys:shminfo_shmmni=100
set shmsys:shminfo_shmseg=10
set shmsys:shminfo_shmmin=1
these amounts depend on your system spec. This was a sparc ultra 5 with just
128K ram.
