authorization with ciscosecure

Hello,

Do any of you use the CiscoSecure Tacacs+ server for authorization? We use
it for authentication with our Windows NT database and it seems to work
fine so far, allowing access to a specific group within the NT database.
My question is, can you extend that and allow a specific group access to a
specific address and nothing else?
