Regards Testing Firewalls

Hi


I have found some tools to have a look to see if
the systems that i have setup are running okay,

There is one function that tells me about the 
system info, 

and when i look on the firewall logs , it tells 
me that i went straight for port 3128 , 

Now i had i problems with something trying to get in on that port, 
can anyone tell me what this port it, 
and what it does,
