Having the same problem with another fw. error 650 at the client and
authentication timeout in the event viewer system log.
Also have TCP1723 and GRE 47 opened on the fw.
Must have something to do with the fw and MS authentication. I can connect
from an internal w/s using "logon using dial-up networking" and VPN virtual
adapter....
