Screw that -- just s end a message to the appropriate abuse contacts and
have them take away his keys to the Information Superhighway. I believe
his ISP even has a no spam policy; at least that's what one of the abuse
contact responders told me. What a spectacular mistake to make,
spamming a list of people who pull the abuse report trigger for a living
[and probably for kicks too]...
