Secure enough for what? I certainly hope that isn't the security model followed by my 
bank. On the other hand it could be sufficiently secure for an apartment. 

I'm not familiar with Conseal Firewall, but I assume it's some sort of NAT 
implementation. Personally I'd sleep easier at night using a combination of ipfw and 
natd, on either *BSD (FreeBSD, OpenBSD etc) or Linux. Using a unix box will allow you 
more control with proxies, both application/stateful proxies and transparent proxies.
