Hello Mahdur,
It's REALLY dangerous to permit pcAnywhere access from the outside world without 
additional security measures. Of course you can set passwords (pcAnywhere and 
Windows), but your security  will depend just on this multiple use passwords. Once an 
attacker gets knowledge of it he has interactive access to an internal PC. He can 
download malicious software and attack your network from the inside. Even without 
passwords an attacker could hijack your TCP session.

So you should use strong security measures for this kind of access, namely encryption 
and depending on the security of the accessing site also strong user authentication 
(i.e. one time passwords).
