Hmmm... would a Linux box with netfilter (2.3 series kernels, development,
includes `stateful filtering') or ipchains (2.2 series, stable, not stateful
filtering) do? Linux supports Token Ring cards (those based on IBM Tropic and
Olympic chipsets, as well as the SysKonnect cards), IP is IP no matter whether
it comes in over Token Ring or Ethernet or PPP or whatnot. Give it a thought
