Since that IP address is a dialup account on sonic.net, it makes a lot of sense
that perhaps someone is checking for updates on that particular page.  Since you
have an ip, you could contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] and see if that person would mind
helping you track this down - i.e.; see if they can find out what thier user was
doing at the time your log caught the information.  Of course - there is no
guarantee you'll even get a reply from that person or sonic.net.  But maybe it's
worth a shot.

It could also be, depending on the content of the page, that someone has
set up a program to check for updates to that page?.... or at an
offchance that maybe there is a meta refresh [client pull] header on
that page, and that someone has left their browser pointing at it. Do
you have a record of the agent string, referer string, or any idea why
someone may want to grab content from that page on your site?
