If I am not mistaken, and I have no doubt that I will be corrected if I

"foobar" is a subdomain. DNS resolves the actual domain name and then
forwards it to the domain host, who then resolves the subdomain and returns
the appropriate materials.
You would need to contact the domain host to find out any information about
any subdomains they host.
