firewall redundancy issue

If I want to set up a firewall farm to provide load sharing and redundancy. 
what kind of equipment will i use to connect to my firewalls so load sharing 
between the firewalls can be acheive? can anyone share his/her experience 
with me in setting up firewall redundancy? thanx!
