The ones I know of are:

Fore Systems ESX switch with Firewall-1 will do the job, I don't
think it supports NAT though, if that's relevant.

Netscreen have announced the Netscreen-1000, which only has two
ports but can run "virtual firewalls" through the ports.

Cisco are supposedly running the Gigabit PIX in Beta, don't know more
than that, but I'm sure Cisco will tell us ;-)
