WIngate, Sygate, there are lots of commercial ones.  Sygate works pretty
well.  Price is reasonable.

None of these is a security solution by themselves.  Some have optional
firewall pieces.  I can't speak to how good they are.

IE5 includes Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) which will work with one
dialup interface and one LAN interface.
