I just released a fairly extensive summary of this whole area, in fact,
just prior to damark's internal politics deciding to eliminate the
position of security admin for fairisaac.  I'm sure you can find it in the
archives, yet, if you can't, I'll be happy to lookup my personal archives
and resend a copy to you.  This will take a few days though, since I have
recent;y relocated to NC and have yet to get all my systems back up and
running.

In short, most folks block it all, those that do not seem to find ways to
only have unix based machines on their networks.
