Uhh... could be you'd want it in order to satisfy the requirement for it
that many employers have today. If you want to keep your pool of
professional options small, then I wouldn't go for it!

Why on earth would I want a certification from an organization that
cannot even develop a decent web page? What's with all those butt ugly
graphics, and that 300K (!!) spinning blob of uselessness? The first and
last time I ever visit that site (and I am on a T1, I'd hate to be
sitting on my old modem).
