I have installed 510, 515, and 520's over the last two years.  I have had no
problems or complaints from any of our clients. 

As always, your mileage may vary.

When I implemented the acls using the access-list statement, I had the 
unpleasant side effect that java applets didn't work any more across 
the firewall, at least accessing a web site that uses java applets from
inside the firewall did not work any more. Cisco has opened a bug case for
this problem (CSCdr12538), and they told me it will be fixed at 5.1.2,
which is supposed to be out in April.
