Hello !
You need a bridge based firewall for that purpose. you can install a
bridge-based firewall with 2 interfaces on the same subnet as shown in your
diagram.
FW-1 and other router based firewalls cannnot be configured to support 2
interfaces on the same subnet.
Elron Software (www.elronsw.com) is one of the few vendors that make
bridge-based firewall. Lucent is another vendor that I know can remember
from the top of my head.

Usually you segment a firewall between two subnets. Why are you trying to
segment between the same subnets?
