I still hadn't have time today to research what exactly this VB Script does. But if this wipes out all .JPG, JPEG, .MOV, .MP3 and ....   etc. files, I thing any WebMaster, WWW Site Administrator or whatever they are called should be highly warred, especially if their sites are running on Windows NT. Seems that UNIX-like webservers will be with less problems if they don't don't use VB script parsers.

any jpeg. mp3. etc. files are deleted and replaced with the .vbs extension.
 
Does this mean that these new .vbs files should just be deleted and there could be no way of cleaning up this new.vbs jpeg and mp files with a antivirus update signature
