The answer is yes depending on how you implement Firewall-1.
If you decide to seperate the Management Module from the Firewall,
you are using the Client / Server model and your GUI client requires
X-Windows and the Management Station does not / Neither does the
FW-1 station. FW-1 GUI clients are trusted hosts from which FW-1 admins
can
log on to a seperate machine (i.e. your Management Station) using
X11R5 / Open LOOK or X/Motif depending  on your platform.
