They are meant to be very easy questions. This is a marketing gimmick from
Cisco. They have been giving away books for the past couple of years in an
attempt to get more market share with IS folks. FWIW they have pretty much given
me my entire technical library, at lest as of late :) I have over 20 books from
them now, everything from ATM Theory and Application (McGraw/Hill) to VPN for
Dummies (IDG). Almost all of the books and T-shirt give aways are for US and
Canada only. I know that some people have been very upset about this.
